Something I realize people may be wondering is how big these orgasms could be if they’re happening at a rate of two a minute or more. And then I wonder how those rapid-fire ones compare to the big, long ones.
The other night (again, I forget which one, we’ve had 12+ nights in the course of a month) at one point she was coming for a long time. At least two minutes. Sometimes this happens and I think “hey, I should check the clock and see how long this goes on.” But then you’re like in the middle of something, and you don’t want to risk interrupting it, and you think well it’s probably not going to go on much longer anyway and you don’t know when it started and you’ll probably forget to check the clock at the end anyway so you still won’t have a good record of how long it lasted. This time, however, I was using my right hand on her clit while I masturbated with my left, sitting on my knees, so I could see the clock without moving or stopping, so after those 2+ minutes I glanced over at the clock.
At that point, it was 12:18am. She had been squealing and gasping and bucking and writhing in orgasm for the 2+ minutes, so let’s say 12:16am just to be conservative. By the time she was done (and in this case I mean, by the time my fingers were cramping and my tongue was exhausted) it was 12:32am (I remembered to check!). So that’s a 16 minute-long orgasm. I don’t know how that compares to other real people, but really long orgasms in porn videos, like from people who aren’t acting so much as performing, e.g. the more amateur, self-produced types, seem to top out around a minute or two. Probably fake ones in more produced videos typically have a longish build-up, a couple minutes or so, but then last 20-30 seconds, maybe a minute, max. In other words, when professionals make movies and only need to maintain the tiny bit of believability it takes to keep a horny person entranced, they stop after a minute. Anything longer, I surmise, would just not even be remotely realistic. And my wife, Aphrodite incarnate, goes 16 times longer.
I don’t want you getting the wrong idea. Arguably this is more than one orgasm. There are little valleys in between the peaks. But it’s more like long plateaus separated by very brief chasms:

I drew that on a touchpad in 3 seconds, first try. Anyway, maybe it’s not one orgasm for 16 minutes, but eight 2-minute long orgasms separated by a second of respite.
I’m not sure the difference is very material, except to the question of how to count orgasms. I didn’t know this until I starting writing this post and decided to see if there’s any research on this, but apparently there are ways to measure orgasm intensity via the strength of contractions in the pelvic floor, which is a group of muscles down under and around our parts (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pelvic_floor; I would link to more specific references but they’re all commercial places with products we haven’t tried so I don’t want to risk endorsing them). And there is at least one vibrator (rabbit style) that tries to measure those contractions, and then it links to an app that creates graphs of those measurements. There are some writers at sex-related sites who’ve tried it out and measured and tracked their orgasms. I can’t imagine a lot of other people have the slightest interest in this so I’m guessing all their sales are to these bloggers.
I suppose this means we could get some data on what’s going on inside her, except it would mean using only that vibrator for long periods, which would not reflect a real-life situation where we do LOTS of different things in any given night. But it’s kind of interesting for sure, and maybe something we could try out at some point.
